VALENTINE'S DAY
The boys had a great Valentine's Day! Stephen Louis could not be more thrilled about all of the candy he received! Benjamin Harris really enjoyed reading all of his Valentine's. He is becoming such a good reader!

Candy, oh sweet candy!

The Mother and Son Tea Party was so sweet. The kids sang a song to us in French and then presented their mom with a special Valentine. They each had a made a placemat with our names on it. We iced yummy cookies and decorated them with assorted candies. We had Fruit Punch "tea" out of real tea cups. The teachers had also painted tea cups for each of teh children to keep to help them remember this very special day! I had such a wonderful time with one of my Valentines!

Havey works on his special Valentine box of chocolates that he picked out for Sara Elizabeth. He says she is not a girlfriend, just very quiet and pretty. How sweet is that?
Valentine's morning and we are ready to take in our special Valentine. He quickly told me he did not need help taking in his valentines or finding Sara Elizabeth's bookbag (he was going to sneak it in when no one was looking). He told me to just come back for the Mother and Son Tea Party later that day! He is growing up too fast and I am not liking it!

Dad's Dig in the Dirt Day was a lot of fun, or at least that is what I heard. After I helped set-up I was told to leave and not come back until clean up time-orders from dad. I have got to learn not to be a hovering mom-HaHa! (I don't see this happening anytime soon!) Benjamin Harris is showing off his dirt cup and his dad! They sure are handsome!

The house is moving right along! Yeah! It would move a lot faster if I would quit moving windows and changing my mind about doors!
Benjamin Harris is just glad that the upstairs is getting framed. They picked their rooms and he is very excited that he has a view of the trees, stream, and lake. He hopes he will be able to spot all of the deer that have left tracks around the house!
Stephen L0uis was so busy playing with his new friend and soon to be neighbor, Amory, that he did not want his photo taken. That is really okay-since there is no railing going up the stairs and there is not a banister on the balcony. He was greatly stressing me when he was up there with us! The first of many items to come was thrown down from the balcony! I tried to lay down the law, but Ben claims it is just going to happen. :( Maybe we can limit it to paper airplanes!
