"Yeah, Baby! Snow!"

These were SL's exact words when he opened the door Sunday morning to let Kringle out. We did not tell them that it was snowing, we just told them to let the dog out and they were so surprised and totally excited!

Ben took a quick photo of the house and snow before we let the kids loose! The kids ate breakfast before they went out in the yard. Now they had already been on the porch and as close to the edge as they could go before breakfast. While they were finishing their pancakes, Ben slipped outside. I told them to walk out onto the porch and look at the big deer in the snow-that is when Ben got them both with snowballs! Totally not my idea! I am not sure who had the most fun yesterday! SL wasn't real happy that his pjs were covered in snow and said I told them a lie about the deer! I quickly let him know that his dad was my "dear" hubby! Yes, my crazy husband has on shorts in the snow- he had just gotten back from his morning gym visit (he leaves around 4:30 am)! SL heading inside and away from daddy's snowballs!
Havey just started firing them back at Ben!Ben made Charli a baby snowman! Charli was not pleased about putting all of these clothes on! Poor thing she could barely sit up in them, much less crawl around! She just kept rolling everywhere, like a little rollie pollie!

Once this girl got outside she was just fine! She loved the snow! Havey and Charli had a blast in the snow! SL was inside at this point, warming up by the fire.

Havey loved being pulled on the sled!Charli tasted some snow- it must have felt good to her gums. She is getting her third tooth. Havey and Ben made sure it was "clean" snow! Havey had already warned me to stay clear of the yellow snow! (Kringle had already been out taking care of business!)
