Christmas Eve was quite an event at our house. We had to add the star to our tree that night to help us remeber the true meaning of Christmas. Benajamin Harris had been looking forward to doing that for days! As young as our boys are and as excited as they get about Santa coming, they still truly understand that Christmas is about our Savior's Birth. Their love for Jesus is so sweet and brings great joy to us.
Benjamin Harris and Stephen Louis left Santa milk and cookies. SL also got Santa some water because he was going to be "really firsty"! They also left out reindeer food for Rudolph and his friends. Finally they hung their stocking by the fireplace. We ended the night by reading the Christmas story! They were so excited-and we were too! As you know, Ben and I are kids at heart!
We were amazed that they slept until after 8:00
am!
